По хемоинформатике сейчас есть европейская магистратура (https://masterchemoinfo.u-strasbg.fr/). Но проживет ли она до момента поступления ребенка - это хороший вопрос. Пока можно за европейские деньги поступить даже из России. Матиас Рарей конечно хорош, но не единственный, даже в Германии.
